Core Compliance Commitments

• Zero tolerance: CORITON rejects kickbacks, off-book rebates, commercial bribery and improper benefits.
• No business through hidden benefits: CORITON will not cooperate with customers or procurement personnel who request private benefits as a condition for orders, acceptance or payment.
• Supplier integrity: suppliers must not offer rebates, gifts, commissions or benefits to CORITON employees directly or through third parties.
• Corporate account settlement: all business payments must be made through official company accounts and supported by written contracts.

Supplier and Customer Management

Suppliers are required to sign an integrity cooperation commitment. If a supplier is found to have paid bribes or kickbacks, CORITON may terminate cooperation, recover losses and place the supplier on a permanent no-cooperation list.

If customer-side personnel request kickbacks or off-book benefits, CORITON will refuse cooperation, stop negotiation or terminate the project. This protects both CORITON and compliant medical device customers from procurement and audit risks.
