CORITON Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “CORITON”) and Shenzhen Sunshineid Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Sunshineid”) have officially entered into a merger and acquisition agreement. Effective immediately, all of Sunshineid’s medical cart product lines, including related molds, intellectual property, customer resources, and inventory, will be transferred to CORITON.

This integration is based on the long-term friendly cooperation and highly aligned development philosophies of both parties. Sunshineid possesses exceptional innovation capabilities and profound market insights in the field of medical industrial design, and its medical cart products are highly regarded in the industry. CORITON, as a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of medical carts, has strong production capabilities, a mature quality management system, and a global market network.

Through this integration, we aim to achieve complementary advantages and deliver an enhanced experience to our clients:

Continuity of Products and Services: All production, sales, after-sales services, and technical support for existing medical cart products will be fully undertaken by CORITON, ensuring uninterrupted customer benefits and cooperation.

Deepened Product Development: The teams of both parties will collaborate to advance the development and iteration of new cart products.

Stable Supply Chain: Customers will benefit from a more stable quality and reliable delivery supported by CORITON’s in-house manufacturing system.

Customer service and order fulfillment previously handled by Sunshineid will be seamlessly taken over by the CORITON team, ensuring that all customer interests and business continuity remain unaffected. From now on, please contact the CORITON team for matters related to orders, delivery, and after-sales services for medical cart business. The Sunshineid team will provide full support to ensure a smooth transition.

Moving forward, Sunshineid will focus more on its core industrial design consulting services and, under authorization from CORITON, will continue to offer design and development services for related cart products to its clients.
